  One of the people at our hotel recommended eating here and I'm happy he did. The food was delicious Italian food, amazing tiramisu, and the atmosphere was relaxed but classy. If we return to Chicago we will definitely come back to Palermo's.

  I have been to this restaurant about 20 times over that last year. I went in for lunch today with a party of seven and we had the worst waitress I have ever had. She did not offer to refill our drinks until we asked, we had to ask tor silverware and she left our dirty dished on the table. My food was cold and she took 45 minutes to bring me a cup of tea after reminding her twice. To add insult to injury the restaurant
  requires you give the waitress an 18% if your party is more than six. What incentive do the people have to provide good service. She knew she was getting a nice tip no matter how bad the service was. Shame on you Palermo.
